When you leave your details in the form, we keep your name, phone number, city and the topic of your enquiry, and use them to get back to you about your enquiry. The topic can reveal information about your health, so we ask for explicit consent and handle it with care. You do not have to provide it, and you can ask to see, correct or delete it.
Who runs the site
This site is operated by an organisation working in the hearing field.
There is no active contact channel on this site at the moment.
What we collect
- In the enquiry form: name, phone, city and topic (hearing test, hearing aid, tinnitus or other).
- With the form: the page you sent it from, the page language, and campaign (UTM) parameters if you arrived through such a link.
- On WhatsApp or by e-mail: whatever you choose to write.
- Technical data: the site's server records technical data such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.
Sensitive information
The topic of an enquiry, such as tinnitus or a need for a hearing aid, can reveal information about your health. The form is therefore sent only after you tick a consent box, which is not ticked in advance. Please do not write test results, diagnoses or detailed medical information in the form or message; share those with the professional at the appointment.
Why we collect it
To get back to you about your enquiry, and to understand which pages help people get in touch. It is not sold and not used for other parties' advertising.
Do you have to provide it?
No. There is no legal obligation. Without a name and phone number we cannot reply to a form, and you can always read the site without giving any details.
Who receives it
- The site operator, who receives the enquiry directly and gets back to you about it.
- Service providers that run the site for us: hosting, e-mail delivery and enquiry storage. They receive the data only to provide that service.
Some service providers operate outside Israel. Data is passed to them only for the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while they are needed to handle and follow up the enquiry, and then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information kept about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent. There is no active contact channel on this site at the moment.
Security
Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), is kept with service providers using standard protections, and access is limited to those who need it to handle the enquiry.
Measurement and cookies
To understand which pages help, the site may count clicks on contact buttons and form submissions using a measurement tool (Vercel Analytics or Google Analytics). These tools do not receive what you write in the form. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
